Company tries a third UDRP venue to no avail.

The entrepreneur who operates a 3D modeling company at spase.io has failed for a third time to upgrade his domain to spase.com through UDRP.
Mrs Jello LLC registered the domain name in 2005 while the Complainant Spase, Inc didn’t start using the Spase mark until 2019. So there’s no way Mrs Jello LLC registered the domain in 2005 to target Spase, Inc.
Spase, Inc. filed its first case last year with World Intellectual Property Organization and the panel found that it was reverse domain name hijacking.
It tried refiling the case with National Arbitration Forum last year and was found guilty of reverse domain name hijacking again.
This time, Spase, Inc turned to Arab Centre for Dispute Resolution. It lost again (pdf). Mrs Jello didn’t respond and the panel didn’t consider reverse domain name hijacking.
After filing the third case, Spase, Inc. founder Sahil Gupta posted a video ranting about his failures to secure the domain name through UDRP. Showing his lack of understanding about cybersquatting, he suggested that NASA should file a UDRP against Space.com because the site publishes stories about NASA and runs ads on its site.
