Domain investor and entrepreneur Skip Hoagland is offering his complete domain name portfolio for sale as a package.
The portfolio includes some of the best geographic domain names available in a single portfolio, including Atlanta.com, Cuba.com, Honolulu.com, Baltimore.com, Geneva.com and Portland.com.
Hoagland told Domain Name Wire that he is ready to retire, which is why he is now offering the portfolio in its entirety. He’s had it valued at about $30 million. He’d like offers around $20 million and will consider anything that brings $15 million+ net to him.
Unlike a number of portfolios that have changed hands recently, Hoagland’s is small in number but very high on quality. In addition to geo domains, the portfolio includes Fishing.com, FlyFishing.com and Shooting.com. The complete portfolio is here.
The package does not include domain names currently owned with partners, although they can be sold on a case-by-case basis. Hoagland will also continue to consider offers on individual domain names but at higher relative prices.
