He’s coming for his domains.

If you’re the Grinch that infringes on Dr. Suess’ intellectual property, it’s time to retreat to your home in the hills.

Dr. Seuss Enterprises, L.P. just won a cybersquatting dispute against the owner of the domain name grinch.shop.

It’s one of 16 domain disputes the company has won over the past 12 months through UDRP filings at National Arbitration Forum.

Most of the domains it has gone after include its famous Grinch character: SaveTheGrinch .com, ElGrinch .com (for our Spanish-speaking friends), Grinch .store, Grinch.black, Grinch .website, Grinch. live, Grinch .fun, Grinch .store, and Grinchcr .com.

Other wins include GreenEggsandHam .farm, DrSuess .monster, DrSuess .site, Lorax .online, Lorax .care, and Whoville.online.

Prior to October 2019, the company filed only one cybersquatting dispute. It won a dispute for TheCatintheHat.com in 2003.
