Judges’ seminar on Fake Labels

A judges’ seminar is taking place at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) on 7-8 November 2016. The seminar provides national judges and prosecutors who deal with civil and criminal aspects of intellectual property rights the possibility to network with other European colleagues and discuss with them practical issues related to “fake” labels affixed to products which is a new trend in counterfeiting.
